Will CCA work for my niche?
If you are a heart centered female entrepreneur providing transformational services such as 1:1 coaching, group programs, courses, retreats, workshops, etc - the answer is 100% yes! CCA was specifically designed with expert coaches, consultants, and service providers ready to learn how to show up authentically online.
I do not live in the USA. Can I still enroll into CCA?
Absolutely. We have students from all over the world who have succeeded in CCA. Please note that all of the content is spoken and written in English.
Do I get support, community or 1:1 access to Jourdan?
The membership includes group support through the online community in Kajabi. While there is no one-on-one support or coaching, members have access to monthly live learning labs and curated monthly challenges for additional support.
Is there a refund policy if I decide to cancel my membership?
There is no refund policy for membership cancellations. However, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee if you follow 3C's method for 30 days and don't see results. If we determine that we cannot help you create content successfully, we will issue a 100% refund for that month. This guarantee is valid for the first 30 days of your membership. After the initial 30 days, refunds are not provided.
When does the membership start and finish?
The membership provides access to all content and resources as long as the member's payments are up to date. It is a self-paced program, so members can progress through the content at their own pace.
